Johnny Dosse is an accomplished makeup artist, image consultant, and educator based in Chicago, USA.  He works with top fashion companies, designers, models, celebrities, photographers and other artists to create unique and beautiful looks for the runway, editorial and advertising pages, and stage & film.  He has contributed to the development of a new product line and color palette for a top U.S. cosmetics company  and served as Master Artist with MetamorphosisNY, Inc.  He currently represents ColbertMD Skincare and Muse Beauty.

 

Johnny worked with Thierry Mugler and his international team of acclaimed artists, to create several stunning looks for Beyoncé’s “I Am … “ tour.  He has also worked with: Marcia Cross, Olivia Chantecaille, Marni, Eva Langoria, Naomi Campbell, Goldie Hawn, Mary Tyler Moore, Nicky Hilton, and the Lauder family, and many more.

 

Johnny’s work appears in both print and moving image photography.  He has been published on the cover of Pap, and in Italian Vogue and Brides’ magazines.  His work has been featured on ABC’s, “The View”, Bravo’s “The Fashion Show” and he was the lead make-up artist for the independent films: Seaside Trilogy, The Doll Collector, and Lake Wonderful.

 

Johnny is particularly sought-after for his unique facility with brows and color, his editorial and bridal beauty work, and his airbrushing experience and technique.
